About This Training
Organizer Bootcamp 1.0 is a two day training designed for organizers who are in the early stages of their organizing career or would benefit from being regrounded in core organizing frameworks. This training grounds organizers in the very basic principles of the role and responsibility of an organizer - developing leaders and teams to act collectively to build structural power in the public arena.
By the end of this training, you should expect to have competencies in the following training outcomes:

Gain clarity about what it means build sustainable and long term structural power through organizing versus other methods
Understand the role of an organizer in building structural power to address systems of oppression and the competencies of a powerful organizer
Understand the relationship between an organizer and a leader (volunteers)
