About This Training
The Lead Organizers/Organizing Directors Training is three days of intensive leadership development with a focus on practical skills: building a unified organizing program to align and develop a team of organizers, coaching and supervising organizers, effective civic engagement strategies that develop member leaders and grow bases, and being grounded in a long term path to power.
