About This Training
Lead Organizers (sometimes called Organizing Directors or Senior Organizers) are the stewards of the organizing culture and the architect of the organizing programs in their organization. Investing in their leadership is one of the most important interventions we can make toward building strong organizations. This series will train senior-level organizing talent how to build an effective, powerful organizing team at the center of the organization, to design and implement cross-organizational power building programs, design multi-month, base-building campaigns, develop organizers, and create a culture of organizing and power-building across the organization.
Participants must be committed to the full training and workshop schedule below, as well as monthly one-to-one coaching time with an experienced organizing coach.
