Education Strategy Convening

This training convenes a focused group of lead schools and education organizers to strengthen strategic thinking, deepen collaboration, and prepare for the critical campaign period from June through the end of the year—particularly in states facing major elections. Designed as a development opportunity, it creates space for lead organizers and those in stretch roles to step back from day-to-day demands, engage with peers, and refine their approach alongside fellow campaigners and strategists. Organizing directors are also encouraged to participate in order to align leadership and field strategy.

At its core, the gathering aims to build a stronger culture of strategic dialogue and shared analysis that translates into more effective campaigns and a more sustainable, energizing experience for organizers. Participants will explore how to expand recruitment beyond existing networks, evaluate what messaging and issues resonate with new audiences, and assess how organizing efforts connect across broader concerns like healthcare and affordability.…
