Advanced Childcare Leaders Training

Advanced Childcare Leaders training deepens the skills and capacity of childcare leaders, and is designed to provide an experience for participants to take responsibility for building power and developing a following. 

Childcare leaders will move from curiosity about themselves and their leadership to a deep desire to build power through campaigns, and will be trained on core organizing skills including power, self interest, 121s, and propositions.
